Technical Consultation/Design for Electronic Library - Hanoi University

Project activities fell within two broad areas:

• Review plans for and requirements of new electronic library;

• Provide consultancy and design services to improve the library
  administration network, focusing on list of IT equipment available,
  designation and allocation of space required for equipment
  and administration, adaptation of existing intranet (network-
  communication center) to the new library administration network,
  determine network structure required for 25,000 users, determine
  highest possible number of users and creating a compatible network
  structure, develop scope of work for network administration staff,
  advise on potential for future technical problems and growth
  of the system.
