Monitoring and Evaluation Component of the Coffee Revitalization Project

Working with IICA, SECID led the development and implementation of a
monitoring and evaluation system to provide information useful to IICA in
improving the operation, performance, and prospects for self-sustainability
of the coffee marketing system being developed under the broader,
USAID/IICA Coffee Revitalization Project. SECID selected, trained, and
supervised a field team that interacted directly with participating Haitian
coffee farmers, donors and other stakeholders to conduct research,
analyze information collected, and prepare reports in order to address
constraints to existing coffee marketing mechanisms.
