Our Indefinite Quantity Contracts (IQCs) with USAID, afford the Missions and
Bureaus mechanisms to quickly access services of SECID, our member institutions,
and individual consultants. Missions and Bureaus can access services to meet the
full range of needs including project assessment, project and program design and
implementation, and project monitoring and evaluation.
The IQC mechanism has expanded so that today this type of contracting vehicle
is often used to implement short, medium and long-term USAID projects
and programs.
